Does Tender Copilot work with UAE government and private tenders?
Yes. Tender Copilot supports tenders from UAE procurement portals including Dubai Tenders Portal, Abu Dhabi eTendering and federal platforms. You can also manually import any RFP in PDF or DOCX format, regardless of its origin.
Is my data confidential?
Your documents and data are hosted exclusively on Azure EU servers. They are never resold or used to train third-party models. Each organisation has an isolated workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How accurate is the analysis?
Tender Copilot bases its analysis on your company profile (keywords, certifications, contract size, references). The more complete your profile, the more relevant the analysis. The GO / MAYBE / NO-GO decision is a decision-support tool — the final call remains yours.
Can I analyse a full tender dossier with attachments?
Yes. Tender Copilot accepts ZIP archives containing tender documents (specs, technical requirements, administrative clauses, BOQs). Files are automatically classified and relevant content is extracted to enrich the analysis.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is permanent, not a limited trial period. It gives you access to 3 analyses per month with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard, only if you need to.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, without conditions or fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation.
Is Tender Copilot suitable for solo consultants?
Absolutely. The free plan and the Pro plan are designed to work solo. Team management (invitations, roles, shared history) is available from the Pro plan (up to 5 users) and unlimited on the Enterprise plan.
